Everything you need to know about our partnership model

Is development work really included?
Your monthly hours cover bug fixes, maintenance, and development — small features, custom modules, extension tweaks, frontend changes. Only large standalone projects (major integrations, full redesigns, Magento migrations) are quoted separately.
What happens to unused hours?
On the Enterprise plan, unused hours roll over to the next month — up to 20 hours. Professional hours are used within the current month only.
How do you handle priorities and communication?
You submit tasks via a shared ticket board (Trello, Jira, or GitHub — your choice). Enterprise clients also get a direct Slack channel. We confirm priorities together and keep you updated on progress.
Do you work with Hyvä themes?
Yes — we've been working with Hyvä since the early versions. All our extensions are fully Hyvä-compatible including the latest CSP 1.4 and Hyvä Checkout. See our Hyvä development page.
What if I consistently need more hours?
We can adjust. Extra hours are available with your approval, or we'll recommend moving to Enterprise if it makes more sense for your workload.
Can I cancel?
Yes — 30 days notice so we can wrap up ongoing work. No penalties.
What does onboarding look like?
Discovery call, store audit, access setup, and a kickoff to align on priorities. For 6+ month partnerships, the audit and discovery phase is included at no charge.
